Block Management Reviews
"Our property manager, Natalie Birmingham has made our experience with Ringley extremely positive, having moved some of the management of our commercial property over to Ringley.
Natalie's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to exceeding expectations has left a lasting impression. She responds promptly to any queries or comments that we have and what sets Natalie apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. "

"Ringley have been supporting a number of leaseholders as managing agent - including myself - through a large insurance claim. It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation. Dominic and Kate have been been responsive, informative and have advocated my needs and interests to all third party stakeholders. The claim will take a significant amount of time to resolve but had it not of been for Ringley I do not think we would have made any progress at all. I strongly recommend them."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work alongside those deploying capital: our VirginLand by Ringley identify sites, our capital markets team work on equity and debt, our Asset Managers act as Employer’s Agent during the build for Project Monitoring. Towards Practical Completion we will be preparing always to mobilse new assets, take plant handover, recruit great teams and lease up fast.

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.
|
|
Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

One of the metropolitans that resides within the city centres of the Greater London area is Wood Green. Classified more recently in 1965 as a more suburban distright in the Borough of Haringey, Wood Green is located directly East of Alexandra Palace. Whilst retail developments and trade has always been a highlight of the area's rich history, residents has never quite witnessed the levels of improvements it has gone through in recent years where it has flourished with a wide variety of different forms of entertainment such as but not limited to; shopping centers and malls, nightclubs, pubs, cinemas and more.
Most of which are a courtesy of the efforts of the newly unified administration that presides over Wood Green who wish to reinvent it as a "Heart of Haringey", one of the few suburban centers intended to negate the pull of Central London. Such efforts were clearly noted through the construction of The Wood Green Shopping Center, formerly known as The Wood Green Shopping City.
Many public transportation systems such as the London underground, Railway and buses all route through a few of the most notable locations along the High Streed of Wood Green. Granting both local residents and visitors access to its many forms of hospitalities.
There are quite a few of properties in developement within the Green Woods area, some of which are highly sought out by the market such as:
The Evergreen by Latimer in Haringey
that "offers an exclusive collection of high specification apartments and duplexes within elegant contemporary architecture with a tranquil garden square at its heart." (https://www.foxtons.co.uk/newhomes/evergreen)
Clarendon Yards
A property in Haringey that is a combination of beautiful residential apartments along an array of busy local shops with a diverse and inclusive community that creates the new City Village.
Yes I have been watching Wood Green develop over the past few and recnt years. Here at Ringley we fully realize the potential, that has kept on growing even to this point in time, present in Wood Green. Given how its surrounding areas are highly commercialised with some of the best hospitalities in Greater London, every year theres many is why the team and I especially value the investments of our time and expertise gathered from over twenty years of experience working in the field to help those who seek genuine and trustworthy advice in the area. To ensure we are able to aid you well, I personally have also been keeping up with the latest developments in Wood Green. Being a bit of a history buff has helped me along the way with my own studies to help guide my team.
From the phenomally build Alexandra Palace that serves as one of the best greeneries in the city to a variety of fine dining experiences enriched by many cultures brought by the diverse community that now resides in Wood Green, there really are not many places left in London to hold up a match against it.
The streets of Wood Green are now highly sought out by not only the locals but tourists alike who wish to make a memory of a lifetime in the many hospitalities and sources of entertainments offered. Needless to say the helping to make what once only stood as spaces to splendid places that you can also visit today is one of the many goals that Ringley hopes to accomplish.
Wood Green (more well known back then as Woodleigh) first dates back to the mid-19th century where it was simply just a hamlet outside of Tottenham wood. Back then the area was a lot less dazzling and busy than what people know it as nowadays. What jumpstarted the flocking of people towards the area was the establishment of Alexandra Park and Palace, then later on an intertainment palace all in the late 1830s.
From that point onwards Wood Green grew to be a prosperous residential area. Its neighborhood was well sought out by plenty within the Greater London and it wasn't just for living but also for business as the area had began to cater to a grand variety of different forms of entertainment and bustling shopping centres that. From a rich history to a lively modern day scene Wood Green has really got it all!
