Block Management Reviews
"Our property manager, Natalie Birmingham has made our experience with Ringley extremely positive, having moved some of the management of our commercial property over to Ringley.
Natalie's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to exceeding expectations has left a lasting impression. She responds promptly to any queries or comments that we have and what sets Natalie apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. "

"Ringley have been supporting a number of leaseholders as managing agent - including myself - through a large insurance claim. It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation. Dominic and Kate have been been responsive, informative and have advocated my needs and interests to all third party stakeholders. The claim will take a significant amount of time to resolve but had it not of been for Ringley I do not think we would have made any progress at all. I strongly recommend them."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

|
Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

West Ealing is situated 7 miles to the west of central London. In 1234, there was a hamlet called West Ealing. However, in 1456 it was renamed Ealing Dean. This latter name is probably derived from "valley" or "denu".
Up until the 1870s, the area was largely open countryside, with only a few houses. In 1871, the opening of the railway station, then named Castle Hill & Ealing Dean, attributed to building growth in the area. In 1899, it was renamed West Ealing station.
As well as trains, horse drawn omnibuses enabled commuters' easier travel in to London. In the reign of Queen Victoria (r.1837-1901), West Ealing's countryside was rapidly disappearing, because roads had to be built, drainage provided, schools and public buildings developed. However, parts of it were preserved as public parks: for example, Lammas Park and Walpole Park.
Since World War II, there was rebuilding in West Ealing: many Victorian houses were converted into flats. Since 2004, a large amount of residential tower blocks were built in West Ealing.

Walpole Park, Mattock Lane, Ealing, London, W5, is a 28 acres, Grade II listed park. It includes Pitzhanger Manor House, which hosts a monthly series of music concerts. The house can be hired out for events; there are also workshops, and the Gallery, with exhibitions for art lovers. From 1800 to 1804, Sir John Soane, a distinguished architect, designed and built the house, which he then lived in. Walpole Park also has a café, children's playground, two lakes, beautifully kept gardens, and is ideal for walkers.
Drayton Court Hotel, 2 The Avenue, West Ealing, London, W13, has 27 rooms, double and single. It is also proud to be one of the oldest pubs in Ealing, west London, and it has a large beer garden. The menu includes sandwiches on weekdays, Sunday roasts with all the trimmings, and a decadent Afternoon Tea. As a Fuller's Pub, it would be nothing without a pint of London Pride. At the bar, there is a good selection of quality wines, spirits, and soft drinks, as well as their very own Fuller's Brewer Street Coffee.
