Block Management Reviews
"Our property manager, Natalie Birmingham has made our experience with Ringley extremely positive, having moved some of the management of our commercial property over to Ringley.
Natalie's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to exceeding expectations has left a lasting impression. She responds promptly to any queries or comments that we have and what sets Natalie apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. "

"Ringley have been supporting a number of leaseholders as managing agent - including myself - through a large insurance claim. It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation. Dominic and Kate have been been responsive, informative and have advocated my needs and interests to all third party stakeholders. The claim will take a significant amount of time to resolve but had it not of been for Ringley I do not think we would have made any progress at all. I strongly recommend them."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Walton on Thames, or simply Walton is a market town that is located on the southern bank of the Thames river. The history of the town dates back to its Celtic roots and many of the dining as well as architectural culture in the area is influenced by it. Compared to many other cities and such, Walton is definitely not the flashiest nor most luxurious given it is a rather less populated town. However it does have its own sceneries of nature to offer to residents who all find a place called home here.

Yes I have been watching Walton develop over the past few and recent years.Though it is one of the more lesser known areas around London, Ringley still believes in the potential it has to offer. Given how its surrounding areas rich in nature, there are still a number of people who frequent the town every year to enjoy that breath of fresh air which is why the team and I especially value the investments of our time and expertise gathered from over twenty years of experience working in the field to help those who seek genuine and trustworthy advice in the area. To ensure we are able to aid you well, I personally have also been keeping up with the latest developments in Westminster. Being a bit of a history buff has helped me along the way with my own studies to help guide my team.
One of the biggest landmarks in the Walton town would be the famous Walton Bridge which plays a big part in the development of its transportation over the years which gave many more people access to the town itself. Over the course the time a grand total of six difference versions of the Walton Bridge was actually build over the Thames river. With the very first one dating back to the early seventeenth century. The name Walton has an Anglo-Saxon origin which ties in with the Celtic roots of the inhabitants of the town and the area itself.
One of the many things that most people do not know about Walton is that it is the town that played an utmost important role in the developments of the British film industry and the Shepperton studious, renounced for its contributions to the cinematography world is located just down the road from the town.
