Block Management Reviews
"Our property manager, Natalie Birmingham has made our experience with Ringley extremely positive, having moved some of the management of our commercial property over to Ringley.
Natalie's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to exceeding expectations has left a lasting impression. She responds promptly to any queries or comments that we have and what sets Natalie apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. "

"Ringley have been supporting a number of leaseholders as managing agent - including myself - through a large insurance claim. It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation. Dominic and Kate have been been responsive, informative and have advocated my needs and interests to all third party stakeholders. The claim will take a significant amount of time to resolve but had it not of been for Ringley I do not think we would have made any progress at all. I strongly recommend them."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Every London Borough has nurtered mega pop artists – why are we telling you this I hear you ask….it’s because Ringley are based in Camden, the epicentre of all things music and Hackney isnt that far away from us!
Which pop band – well it is not a pop band but the one and only British Rapper Professor Green. He was born 27thof November 1983 in the London Borough of Hackney, his name is actually Stephen Paul Manderson but more famously known by his stage name of Professor Green. He grew up on the Northwold estate in Hackney and as raised by his grandmothers. His famous tracks include Need You Tonight and Just Be Good To Green. He has released many albums and in 2016 was a co hosy on Channel 5 show Lip Sync Battle with co - host Mel B.
Ringley are a specialist Property Management Company in London, and more specifically North London and the surrounding boroughs which is why we thought we would create this page to highlight why you should use a local property management company to Hackney.

Yes I have been watching Hackney develop over the past few years and really is one borough oozing with potential. I am also a serious amateur history buff and didn’t realise how ancient this part of London was back in the old days ! It seems Hackney is a kindred spirit to our native Camden . Not only was the first Tudor Theatres built in Hackney but Hackney Marshes play host to the largest collection of football pitches in Europe.
There are various sorts of housing estates to be found in Hackney some were even built after the war to help house homecoming solders and those that had lost their homes in the Great war. Hackney also has many famous buildings, which includes St Augustine’s tower , the tower has been around for over half a millennial, it is even on the boroughs coat of arms. It was constructed during Henry viiis lifetime! Other buildings include Sutton house which was an old church in Stoke.
Since the 2000s , alot more of the younger generation has taken an intrest in Hackney and have moved there ,bringing with them innovative bars and nightspots, international cuisine and lots of fun places to shop.
Gentrification has accelerated with the London Olympics in 2012, as well as the London Overground rail network which drew Hackney even closer to the City.
Hackney offers lots to do , the Borough is very modernised as well as being very vibrant and culturally diverse. You could visit Shoreditch which has alot of history behind it but not only that there are now many bars and resturants available to visit aswell as the signiture Brick Lane Beigel Shop open 24 Hours. On the topic of food lets not forget to mentio Broadway Market in in Hackney , which is a Victorian Street markett with over 70 shops , cafes. With countless food options suited to everyone.
You could even visit the Queen Elizabeth Olypmpic park now the grounds for West Ham Football club. The borough is also home to the Viktor Wynd Museum of Curiosities, Fine Art and Natural History.
