Block Management Reviews
"Our property manager, Natalie Birmingham has made our experience with Ringley extremely positive, having moved some of the management of our commercial property over to Ringley.
Natalie's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to exceeding expectations has left a lasting impression. She responds promptly to any queries or comments that we have and what sets Natalie apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. "

"Ringley have been supporting a number of leaseholders as managing agent - including myself - through a large insurance claim. It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation. Dominic and Kate have been been responsive, informative and have advocated my needs and interests to all third party stakeholders. The claim will take a significant amount of time to resolve but had it not of been for Ringley I do not think we would have made any progress at all. I strongly recommend them."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Clerkenwell took its name from the Clerks' Well in Farringdon Lane, with the name being referenced as far back as 1100. It was here where the London Parish Clerks would perform annual mystery plays based upon biblical themes. Part of this historic well remains visible, as it has been combined into a 1980s building called Well Court.
City Approach Penthouses
The development had the aim to create a roof addition on an existing Edwardian building, with the result being four rooftop apartments with private terraces and conservatories. The development itself is situated in an ideal location with a close proximity to the City of London, while being moments from Old Street Station for links around the city.
Postmark
The development will be built on the site of a flagship London sorting office, and it will now be home to a new collection of apartments, tranquil open spaces and an array of complementary shops and restaurants. The first phase of development will build 151 stylish studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments presented in over 60 styles.
Clerkenwell is a great place to live for both professionals and families alike. For professionals, the area is in close proximity to many workplaces, this is shown by the fact that Clerkenwell is only a 10min drive away from the City of London. For families, the area boasts an abundance of excellent schools, with notable inclusions being Central Foundation Boys' School and Abacus Belszie Primary School.
There are many things to do in Clerkenwell that make it a great place to live. For instance, you could visit historical landmarks such as The Museum of the Order of St John, where you can learn the story about an ancient religious military Order, from its origins caring for sick pilgrims in eleventh century Jerusalem, through to its modern-day role with St John Ambulance. If tha's not for you, then you may prefer to visit the Charterhouse.
Culture plays a big role in Clerkenwell, this is shown by the abundance of cultural activites to engage with. A notable inclusion is to visit the Sadler's Wells, which is a performing arts venue which was founded in 1683 with a capacity of 1,568. The venue shows numerous high-quality performances, including, Singin' in the Rain, Ukrainian Ballet Gala and more.
